The Paua mince is made from the WHOLE Paua, unlike most minced Paua which is made from the tough off-cuts (skirt). The result - a delicious, tender mince ready to make into scrumptious patties.
Sustainably hand-dived, shucked then neatly packed into 200g pottles. It is then blast frozen to lock in the superb flavour & freshness.
